KAMA works with a selected group of state-owned enterprises. Each publishes three to five challenge briefs, setting out specific operational, market, or growth needs.
There are two ways to apply:
Propose an idea to work with one of these enterprises. Startups can propose a solution that could add value to what an enterprise does, even where no published brief covers it.
Selected startups work directly with enterprise teams, domain experts and mentors to develop, test and pilot their solutions inside real operating environments, with access to relevant infrastructure, data and venture-building support.
The track helps startups validate their solutions with an enterprise, demonstrate business value, and build pathways toward adoption, commercial engagement and scale.
Founders with a solution that answers a published challenge brief, or that could add value to the operations of one of the participating enterprises.
Applicants must be able to commit to the full programme, including full-time participation during immersion, piloting and commercialisation. One application per startup.
Track 2 focuses on solutions responding to national priorities and broader market needs, including emerging opportunities. It will be highly selective and only limited spots will be made available.
Startups apply with solutions that have national or market potential, and may propose to work with state-owned enterprises outside the current cohort. Where they do, KAMA facilitates the connection and access to relevant infrastructure, data, expertise and other resources.
Selected startups receive expert guidance, technical and venture-building support, prototype development and piloting support, and access to relevant partnerships.
The track helps startups develop and validate high-potential solutions, and build pathways toward partnerships, adoption, investment and scale.
Founders with a solution addressing a national priority or a broader market opportunity.
Applicants must be able to commit to the full programme, including full-time participation during development, piloting and commercialisation. One application per startup.

KAMA has a range of structured commercialization partnership and investment avenues that enable startups, SOEs, and investors to collaborate in ways tailored to their needs.
KAMA uses various partnership models to bring solutions to market.
Jointly develops and market innovative solutions under both brands, capturing shared market value while each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property.
The Enterprise sells the startup product or solution under its own brand through a structured commercial arrangement.
SOEs become startup customers by purchasing and adopting startup solutions within their operations or jointly delivering products and services to customers through commercial agreements.
Startups and SOE's leverage their customer base, sales channels, and distribution networks to accelerate market expansion under agreed revenue-sharing terms.
Long-term collaboration where SOEs and startups integrate resources, domain expertise, and operational capabilities to achieve mutual strategic objectives.
A formal agreement that enables the use of intellectual property (IP), patents, software, or proprietary know-how under defined terms to generate mutual value.
Collaboration through the mutual exchange of technological assets, APIs, datasets, or expertise to accelerate solution development and systems integration without requiring full IP transfer.
Equity investment by participating Enterprises into startups that have successfully tested their solutions and demonstrated growth potential.
